Growing Older Gracefully and in Good Health

We don't stop playing cause we grow old...we grow old because we stop playing. Take some time to get physical. Movement on a regular basis is beneficial to your brain and heart. Stretching also helps to improve your balance and overall body health.

Give your brain a little workout daily with puzzles or card games, try learning a new hobby or playing an instrument. Mental stimulation is helps with memory loss.

Engage with others and participate in social activities. Humans are social beings and interaction is essential to every aspect of our health. Having a strong network of support or strong community bonds will foster our emotional and physical health as we age.
