Erma has worked in the healthcare field for more than thirty years in nursing, health promotion and public health. Recently retired from public service, but she is channelling her experience, interest, compassion, knowledge and skills through work with Civil Society Organizations. The priority area of her focus has been on healthy aging, senior care, wellness education for family caregivers, and virtual care consultancy.
